View case study →Stonebridge chooses the platform after understanding the audience, offer, geography, buying process, price point, campaign objective, and where the customer is most likely to take action. Google and Bing are strong when people are actively searching. Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X can be stronger for awareness, retargeting, professional targeting, or visual campaigns. Amazon and Barnes & Noble are relevant to books. The strategy follows the customer, not the platform trend.
The testing budget needs to be large enough to generate meaningful data for the specific platform and market. Stonebridge does not use one universal figure because click costs, audience size, conversion value, and buying cycles vary widely. We first make sure the offer, landing page, tracking, and creative are ready, then set an available investment that can produce enough activity to evaluate the campaign responsibly. Increasing spend before fixing the foundation usually creates more expensive problems.
Yes, unless the written proposal explicitly combines them. Advertising spend goes to the platform. Stonebridge's management fee covers the strategy, setup, targeting, creative or landing-page work included in the scope, optimization, tracking, and reporting. Keeping those amounts clear allows the client to understand exactly how much is being spent on media and how much is being paid for the professional work required to manage it.
Stonebridge reviews the offer, website or landing page, tracking, audience, message, creative, conversion action, budget, and follow-up process. Advertising can create visibility quickly, but it cannot compensate for a page that does not explain the offer, a form that does not work, or a team that never follows up with leads. We therefore treat the campaign foundation as part of the advertising strategy rather than simply opening an account and turning ads on.
Stonebridge connects the campaign to the available conversion data through analytics, pixels, forms, CRM records, booking systems, purchase data, or other tracking. We separate impressions and clicks from actual business actions. Return on advertising spend can be measured where reliable revenue data is available, but Stonebridge does not guarantee ROI simply because ads are being managed. The campaign guarantee applies to the contracted work and any written visibility or delivery metrics.
Stonebridge looks for the reason before simply increasing the budget. We review targeting, search terms, bids, audience quality, creative, offer, landing page, price, tracking, follow-up, geography, device performance, and the conversion path. Weak elements are adjusted or tested. If the data shows that the platform or offer is not viable under the current conditions, Stonebridge should say so rather than continue spending simply to keep the campaign active.
