Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Stonebridge Creative Technologies LLC website and general service discussions. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. Specific project scope, fees, timelines, rights, approvals, deliverables, and payment terms are controlled by the written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement issued for that project.
Services and client materials
Stonebridge provides creative, publishing, media, marketing, public-record, web, technology, and related business services. Services may include writing, editing, publishing setup, design, PR, media outreach, advertising, SEO/AEO/GEO, Wikipedia and public-knowledge support, website development, app development, AI tools, automation, dashboards, and related consulting.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all manuscripts, images, names, likenesses, credentials, business materials, logos, brand assets, claims, testimonials, media files, data, and other submitted materials are owned by the client or properly authorized for use.
Authorization and approvals
When a client submits materials for a project, the client authorizes Stonebridge and approved vendors or platforms to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services. This may include editing, formatting, designing, publishing setup, media outreach, public profile preparation, advertising, distribution support, website development, or platform submission.
Clients are responsible for timely review, feedback, approvals, platform access, factual confirmation, and final sign-off where required. Delays in providing materials, access, or approvals may affect timelines.
Payments, third-party platforms, and limitations
Fees, deposits, installment schedules, revision limits, delivery timelines, cancellation terms, refund terms, and payment methods are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, work may begin only after the required payment or deposit is received.
Third-party platforms, media outlets, publishers, retailers, advertising networks, search engines, social networks, Wikipedia, app stores, hosting providers, payment processors, and other outside systems operate under their own rules.
Stonebridge may support submissions, preparation, optimization, outreach, and management, but final acceptance, approval, indexing, ranking, sales, audience response, media decisions, platform policies, and algorithmic outcomes remain outside Stonebridge’s sole control unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Intellectual property, confidentiality, and use restrictions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials. Stonebridge retains ownership of its internal methods, processes, frameworks, templates, tools, strategy documents, workflows, code libraries, and non-client-specific know-how. Final deliverable ownership or usage rights are defined by the applicable agreement or invoice.
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, misrepresent ownership or identity, interfere with website operation, scrape or copy proprietary content for competitive use, or use Stonebridge services for unlawful purposes.
Stonebridge handles private project information with reasonable care, but public-facing materials, published work, media placements, platform submissions, and approved promotional assets may become public as part of the service.
Reviews, testimonials, and public submissions
Reviews submitted through the Stonebridge website must describe a genuine engagement or experience. Submission does not guarantee publication. Stonebridge may verify the engagement, contact the submitter for clarification, decline material that cannot be verified, and moderate spam, abusive content, or content unrelated to a genuine client experience. Reviews are not automatically published.
Where publication permission is provided, Stonebridge will follow the submitter's selected display preference for the name and project or company information shown publicly.
Disclaimers, liability, and contact
The website is provided for general information and does not create a client relationship until Stonebridge accepts a project in writing. Website content is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonebridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party platform decisions, search behavior, media decisions, lost sales, lost profits, platform changes, or delays outside Stonebridge’s reasonable control.
