The strongest sources are independent, reliable, substantial pieces that discuss the subject directly rather than simply repeating company-provided information. Stonebridge separates those from company websites, press releases, partner announcements, investor pages, databases, listings, social media, and other primary or weak material. Press releases can document facts, but syndicated copies of the same release are not treated as independent editorial coverage. The assessment looks at the overall quality and independence of the source base.

A subject may have several weak mentions and still not be ready, while a smaller number of substantial independent sources can be much stronger. We look at depth, independence, reliability, subject coverage, and whether the sources together support a complete neutral article. The decision to onboard is made after the source assessment, not simply because a client can count a certain number of links.

The work is based on available reliable sources and the nature of the existing problem. If a page has warning tags, Stonebridge first determines why they are there and addresses the underlying issue rather than only removing the visible tag.

Stonebridge treats Wikipedia work as policy-driven public-record work, not ordinary promotional copywriting. The process includes source assessment, neutral drafting, factual review, citation verification, appropriate disclosure and conflict-of-interest handling, infobox and category preparation, and internal policy review before submission. The client's role is factual review, not turning the article into advertising.
