Stonebridge's standard publishing structure is built around client ownership and control. Publishing accounts are created or managed under the client's details wherever the project structure allows, and the client retains the account and the book after the service is complete. Stonebridge handles the setup, formatting, metadata, platform preparation, and publication work, but the objective is not to trap the book inside an account the client cannot control. The exact account structure is confirmed in the written package before publication.

Yes. Stonebridge's standard publishing position is that the client retains the manuscript, approved final files, publishing accounts, copyright, ISBN where it is included in the package, and book royalties. Stonebridge earns the agreed service fee and does not take an ongoing royalty percentage from book sales. Retailers and printers may still deduct their own platform or production costs before paying the author, but Stonebridge does not take a royalty share simply for publishing the book.

Stonebridge can prepare ebook, paperback, and hardcover editions and support publication through major book and distribution platforms. Depending on the package, the wider distribution structure can make the book available across more than 90 platforms and in more than 146 countries. The exact platforms depend on the book, format, distribution route, territory, and package selected. Stonebridge confirms the actual platform list and publication scope in writing rather than presenting every possible channel as automatically included.

A full publishing scope can include manuscript review, final editing, cover development, interior formatting, ebook, paperback and hardcover preparation, metadata, categories, keywords, book descriptions, ISBN guidance, platform setup, retailer readiness, proof review, and publication coordination. Marketing, PR, audiobooks, websites, and bookstore campaigns can also be added when they support the book's objective. The exact scope is based on the condition of the book and the package approved by the client.

Distribution means making the book available through the selected retail and distribution channels. That can include online retailers, wholesale systems, print-on-demand networks, libraries, and other channels depending on the package. It does not automatically mean every physical bookstore will place copies on its shelves. Physical bookstore placement is a separate service with its own submission, retailer requirements, and agreed scope. Stonebridge keeps those two things separate so availability is not presented as guaranteed shelf placement.

Stonebridge does not take a percentage of the client's book royalties. The client keeps 100% of the royalties that remain after normal retailer, distributor, printing, or platform deductions. Where the publishing account is client-owned, payments can flow directly through the relevant platform structure. Stonebridge charges for the publishing service itself. The written agreement confirms the account and payment structure so the client understands who receives sales information and where royalty payments go.
