Which parts of my business should actually be automated first?
Stonebridge starts with repetitive, high-volume processes where the rules are clear and the current manual work is causing delays, missed leads, inconsistent follow-up, or unnecessary staff time. Common starting points include lead capture, routing, status updates, follow-up emails, reminders, onboarding, booking, reporting, and internal notifications. We do not automate a process simply because it exists. If the workflow is unclear or depends heavily on human judgment, it may need to be improved before it is automated.
Can Stonebridge work with my existing CRM, or will I need to change platforms?
Stonebridge can often work with an existing CRM if it supports the required integrations and workflows. We first review what the business already uses, what is working, what is failing, and whether the system can support the desired automation. Changing platforms is only recommended when the existing CRM is genuinely limiting the project or creating more complexity than it solves. The objective is to improve the process, not force a migration for its own sake.
Can forms, leads, emails, follow-ups, reminders, onboarding, and internal tasks be connected automatically?
Yes. Stonebridge can connect website forms, lead records, status changes, consultant assignment, confirmation emails, follow-ups, reminders, onboarding steps, reporting, and other business actions into one workflow. The exact automation depends on the systems involved and the rules the client wants to enforce. Good automation should reduce manual repetition while still making it clear when a human needs to step in.
Can existing customer and lead data be migrated into the new system?
Yes, where the source data can be exported and the destination system can accept it. Stonebridge first reviews the quality and structure of the existing data because duplicated, incomplete, or inconsistent records should not simply be copied into a new CRM. The migration plan can include field mapping, cleanup, import testing, user roles, and verification so the new system begins with usable information rather than carrying old problems forward.
How long does CRM and workflow-automation implementation usually take?
The timeline depends on the number of workflows, systems, integrations, data migration, user roles, testing, and how much custom logic is required. Stonebridge confirms the schedule after mapping the current process and the desired future process. A simple lead-routing workflow and a multi-department CRM with automation, dashboards, AI, and reporting should not be given the same timeline. The implementation is staged so the client can test that each workflow is actually working.
What happens when an automated workflow fails or a situation requires human judgment?
Stonebridge builds escalation and error-handling into the workflow. That can include alerts, fallback statuses, human assignment, unanswered-question queues, manual review, or other controls depending on the process. Automation should not silently fail while the business assumes a lead or client has been handled. The system is designed so exceptions can be identified and moved to a human rather than forcing every situation through the same automated path.
