Reviews and testimonials

Review submissions are retained for verification and moderation before any publication. Contact details used for verification are not published unless you separately authorize their public use.

Stonebridge Creative Technologies LLC operates the Stonebridge Project Updates SMS program for clients who separately consent to receive project-related text messages. We use the mobile number, message content, delivery information and consent or opt-out records needed to provide those updates, respond to requests and honor messaging preferences.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or transfer mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent to third parties, affiliates or lead generators for their marketing.

The general sharing categories in this policy, including project delivery, business transfers and client-authorized sharing, exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information is not shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers that operate or deliver the text messaging program may process only the information needed to provide that service on Stonebridge’s behalf, subject to confidentiality and purpose restrictions. Disclosures required by law remain limited to the information legally required.

SMS consent is separate from acceptance of our general Terms of Service. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry or purchasing a service does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This program does not use purchased lists or enroll recipients in promotional campaigns.

Message frequency varies with the status of your project and the updates you have requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Consent and suppression records are retained as reasonably necessary to document permission, honor opt-outs and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. A deletion request does not require us to discard the limited suppression record needed to avoid contacting an opted-out number.

Stonebridge keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, project, legal, accounting, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, and operational purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry or project.
