Stonebridge Wikipedia Practice is a service area of Stonebridge Creative Technologies LLC. Stonebridge follows Wikimedia's paid-contribution rules and English Wikipedia's conflict-of-interest, sourcing and editorial requirements in its Wikipedia work. Stonebridge has applied these requirements to every previous Wikipedia engagement. Wikipedia is independent; Stonebridge is not affiliated with the Wikimedia Foundation and does not control its articles or reviewers.
Disclosure and responsibility
For paid work, the contributor must disclose the employer, client and relevant affiliations in a location required by Wikimedia's Terms of Use and English Wikipedia's paid-contribution rule. Stonebridge requires a named responsible contributor and a record of the relevant account, client, subject and disclosure location. An intermediary or confidentiality agreement does not remove the disclosure requirement. We will not proceed with an on-wiki contribution if the required disclosure cannot be made.
Editorial route
When Stonebridge or a client has a conflict of interest in an existing article, our normal route is a disclosed Talk-page or edit request with the exact proposed change and supporting sources. An independent editor may accept, alter or decline it. New-page work begins with a source and eligibility assessment; paid drafts follow the current Articles for Creation and conflict-of-interest guidance. A declined draft, rejected draft and deleted article require different reviews. Moving a draft ourselves is not independent AfC acceptance.
Sources and neutrality
We test reliability, independence, depth and whether a source supports the specific statement. Press releases, sponsored articles and copied coverage are not independent reporting. Drafts and proposed changes must be proportionate, factual and neutral. We do not remove reliably sourced criticism merely because it is unfavorable; a correction must address a real accuracy, sourcing, weight or living-person issue. A maintenance notice should be resolved by fixing its cause, not by hiding the label.
Practices we reject
Stonebridge does not offer undisclosed paid contributions, sockpuppetry, impersonation, fabricated consensus, purchased reviewer decisions, invented citations, promotional submissions or edit wars. We do not promise permanent inclusion, deletion immunity, page protection, search ranking or citation in AI answers. Contributors must also follow the current English Wikipedia guidance on large language models; website copy or internal AI assistance is not automatically permissible article text.
Contract and Wikipedia decisions
After a positive eligibility and source audit, Stonebridge may accept a new-page project with an express contractual publication guarantee. The written agreement defines the deliverable and deadline. If a specifically guaranteed deliverable is not provided within that timeline, the client is entitled to a full refund for that specific undelivered service. This agreement binds Stonebridge, not Wikipedia. Wikipedia's editors and administrators decide acceptance, later changes and continued inclusion.
